We're offering a comprehensive compensation package of $60,000 annually for a standard workweek, complemented with benefits and bonuses. This full-time, exempt position is pivotal in leading our team, shaping our services, and ensuring our continued growth and excellence in the industry.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Set and manage performance objectives for the team.
- Oversee daily operations.
- Implement new technology and products to enhance customer and employee experience and drive sales.
- Supervise and develop all photographers to ensure a high performing team.
- Provide effective project management.
- Oversee business development for new markets and product lines as relevant.
- Ensure availability via phone and email for the team's daily support and troubleshooting needs.
- Organize sales training to assess progress and assist team members with any requirements.
- Conduct meetings to foster collaboration, check-in, and motivate the team.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage employee discipline as necessary.
- Place orders for new products as required to maintain adequate supplies.
- Oversee and execute the complete onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are fully integrated and equipped to perform their roles.
- Supervise two assistant managers, and team leads ensuring they are effectively completing their assigned tasks.
- Handle HR responsibilities, including completing and submitting necessary forms to insurance companies.
- Onboarding and Training: Ensuring that new employees go through a structured onboarding process, including orientation and training programs to acquaint them with the company culture, policies, and their specific job duties.
- Manage and oversee all insurance programs, including disability insurance, workers' compensation, marine employers liability insurance, and package claims, ensuring compliance, facilitating claim submissions, and coordinating with insurance providers to safeguard employee benefits and minimize organizational risk.
- Develop a weekly schedule while monitoring the availability of all team members and addressing the company's needs.
