Job Description:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead all recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and conducting orientations for new hires.
- Performance & Retention Programs: Drive programs to boost employee engagement and retention, including Employee of the Month awards, attendance bonuses, and more.
- Employee Management: Oversee scheduling for evaluations, manage time-off requests, handle raise requests, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Clerical Tasks: Perform various clerical tasks related to staffing, recruitment, and basic HR functions to keep our operations running smoothly.
