Objective of this Role:
Renova Energy Corp. Commercial Energy Consultants educate Business owners about the benefits of alternative energy. They demonstrate the potential layout, function, and benefits of solar photovoltaic systems and battery backup solutions, taking a consultative approach to educating customers on the growing clean-energy industry. This position requires drive, self-motivation, the desire to help customers, confidence (without arrogance), and a high degree of professionalism to represent a product that is truly changing the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-qualify potential customers to sell or lease solar photovoltaic energy systems and schedule consultations.
- Conduct an average of 1-3 Commercial solar presentations each week.
- Meet or exceed sales goals with no commission caps.
- Submit accurate and complete paperwork in a timely fashion and work with assigned staff to ensure this happens.
- Conduct follow-up calls to make sure all leads are pursued in a timely and efficient manner.
- Interact with various company departments to ensure the customer has a positive experience with Renova.
- Keep in close contact with your customers throughout the “going solar” process to ensure a consistent and positive experience.
- Generate leads through outreach or by attending marketing events.
Qualifications :
- Familiar with basic service Journey of a customer
- Familiar with Salesforce - records and navigation
- Familiar with the basic troubleshooting process such as but not limited to breaker issues, error-related LED lights, monitoring alerts
- Familiar with solar equipment location and nomenclature
- Can successfully triage an error with the customer through discovery
- Familiar with case ownership and case touch-points
Compensation: Commission based

Pay: $31,200.00 - $200,000.00 per year
