We’re looking for candidates who:
- Eagerly leads and mentors the marketing department, cultivating a collaborative environment that drives high performance
- Identifies process bottlenecks department-wide and implements improvements and optimize operations for exceptional service delivery
- Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and executive leadership to create materials that support the company's business goals, recruitment strategies, and messaging objectives
- Productively manages marketing resources, including budget, personnel, technology, and vendors
- Develops and executes marketing strategic plans
- Creates cohesive social media campaigns, driven by strategy
A Day in the Life:
As the Director of Marketing at Fulton Grace Realty, your day begins with coffee and prioritizing urgent emails from leadership or agents. You review Slack and Asana for team project updates before joining the weekly Leadership Team Video Call. During this meeting, you share updates on marketing projects, process changes, and address questions. The President announces a new technology suite for agents, and you propose a strategy sync to discuss its implementation.
Post-meeting, you schedule the strategy sync and join a Team Lead Meeting with Agent Services, Creative, and Operations leads to discuss updates and collaboration. Returning to emails, you address a flagged issue from the VP of Operations in the Agent Onboarding process, coordinating a quick call to identify the problem—a missing JotForm. You propose and communicate a solution.
In the afternoon, you brainstorm for the upcoming technology suite strategy meeting, drafting questions, promotional content, a timeline, and a slide deck. After confirming no urgent needs with your team lead, you complete your slide deck and end your day.
We welcome your application if you have:
- A minimum of 3 years of managerial marketing experience
- Proven success in managing employee performance; training and development, employee reviews, performance improvement plans, etc.
- Proven success in developing and executing original marketing strategies
- Real estate experience
- Social media management experience
