Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Customers: Greet customers and offer assistance in person and over the phone
- Sales Support: Help the sales team with processing orders, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, and following up on leads.
- Order Entry: Accurately enter customer orders into the company's sales system.
- Order Documentation: Prepare necessary paperwork for orders, including invoices, shipping documents, and order confirmations
- Data Entry: Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
- Office Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
-Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
Experience:
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers
- Aptitude for selling and promoting products
- Basic math skills for processing transactions efficiently
