Job Title:Customer Service Representative Tier II
FLSA Status:Salary Exempt
Summary: Performs customer service functions regarding specific customers which could include regional, dedicated, or national accounts. Will work in conjunction with other internal departments to achieve a balance of capacity and freight, while also achieving high service levels.
Required Experience:
1-4 years of customer service experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit, listen, talk, stand, and walk.
