Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather information on available housing options in the local area
- Assist clients in finding suitable housing based on their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with property owners and managers to schedule property viewings
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the housing search process
- Maintain accurate records of housing listings and client interactions
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations related to housing rentals
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or organizational role is preferred
- Knowledge of real estate law and property management principles is a plus
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks such as listing properties, conducting viewings, and preparing lease agreements is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, property owners, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple housing searches simultaneously
- Attention to detail to accurately record information and maintain documentation
