Job Summary
Our client is a large manufacturing company in China, planning to build a factory overseas, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales。
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a successful sales team.
As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Duties:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
– Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
– Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives
– Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team
– Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
– Chinese or people who have previous experience lving in China are prioritized.
– Fluent oral English is a must , good speaking in any one of German、Polish、Hungarian、French is a plus.
– Have excellent business development, key customer development, product marketing, resource integration and marketing team management skills.
– Over 8 years of work experience and over 5 years of marketing and customer development management experience in industry medium-to-large enterprises.
