Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate and a thorough understanding of the transaction process. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing Real Estate contracts from start to finish, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate, and facilitating communication between agents, clients, and other parties involved in the transaction. This is a crucial role in our brokerage, requiring excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, including contract preparation, and closing procedures.
· Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and other parties to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions.
· Review contracts and other documents for accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
· Maintain organized transaction files and documentation.
· Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
· Assist agents with administrative tasks as needed.
· Perform monthly bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
· Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-stocked and running smoothly.
· Design marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and advertisements, to promote properties and the brokerage.
· Manage social media accounts and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate transactions.
· Strong understanding of real estate contracts and legal requirements.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate transaction management software.
· Experience with monthly bank reconciliation.
· Knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
· Experience with social media marketing and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience working in a real estate brokerage or similar setting.
