Pursuit Enterprise is seeking a dynamic and motivated Verizon Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a customer-centric approach and a passion for achieving targets, and establishing undeniable brand loyalty.
Responsibilities for our next Verizon Sales Associate:
- Actively engage directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Connect with and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services, and answer questions when necessary
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Effectively communicate pricing and promotions to drive sales in the pipeline
- Close contracts and utilize negotiation skills to upsell when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and complaint sales process based on compliance protocols
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other Verizon Sales Associate team members to achieve overall sales goals
Qualifications we are looking for our of a Verizon Sales Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent is highly desirable
- Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must!
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Basic math and computer skills to utilize our CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques
*This is a performance-based position with uncapped commission incentives. Average earnings range between $45,000-$55,000/year.*
