We are a global medical device manufacturer, a pioneer in our field, a trendsetter in the US. We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales/Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for medical device sales and possess excellent communication skills to engage with potential customers. This role involves warm calling, outbound calling, and utilizing software tools to drive business development and expand market reach.
- Conduct warm and outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Utilize software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to business growth
- Prior experience in medical sales or a related field preferred
- Strong business development skills with a focus on building customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals
- Beyond excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of self motivation meeting or exceeding sales targets
