```Duties```
- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and dietary requirements
- Follow proper food handling, preparation, and safety procedures
- Assist with menu planning and meal preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a cook or dishwasher in a culinary or dietary department is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation
- Ability to use kitchen equipment, including knives, safely and efficiently
