The Workplace Experience Ambassador will help to elevate the office experience by providing personalized, client-centric services and administrative support for a very fast-paced and established law firm.

Schedule: Business hours are typically Monday - Friday, 7AM-7PM (7am-4pm/8am-5pm/11am-7pm), employees are typically scheduled for 8 hours within this timeframe. Flexibility outside of these hours highly preferred.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinating pre-arrival preparations for visiting attorneys (clients).
- Ensuring personalized experiences for clients and guests.
- Acting as a central point of contact for visiting client’s needs.
- Overseeing administrative functions such as greeting guests, issuing badges, booking conference rooms, assisting callers with inquires, etc.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of office spaces by communication to the right point of contact. i.e., facilities and concierge.
- Supporting with incoming/outgoing mail and courier services by patterning up with the business services team.
- Providing backup support within the team and training when needed.
What we need from you:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- 1+ year prior work experience required, preference to have an office services in a professional or corporate work environment, hospitality, or similar background.
- Ability to work assigned work hours determined by manager.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
- Ability to handle physical duties (carrying and/or moving 40lbs) associated with the job - lifting, bending, etc.
- To be able to work both independently and in a team setting successfully.
- The capability to use/learn technology such as: handheld scanners, email, professional messaging (Teams, Slack, Google).
- An ability to be bright, articulate, and neat in appearance.
