As the Corporate Quality Systems Manager, you will own Quality processes across MCC. You will partner with local Quality teams and leadership to ensue efficient production operations by planning, leading and implementing quality assurance programs.

Responsibilities:
-
Collaborates with other members of organization to improve data collection infrastructure and process for analysis across the enterprise.

Supports the site quality managers in improvement efforts to establish and enforce an effective Quality Management System (QMS).
- Assists with internal surveillance audit process focused on ensuring adherence to the QMS, 3rd party Certifications, Control Plans and the Quality Plan of Control, (QPOC), process.

Prepares product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Collaborates with the site quality managers to manage supplier quality and ensures a process is in place to provide feedback to suppliers when defects are found and ensure corrective actions are received.

Serves as the company’s Subject Matter Expert, (SME), for our Food Safety Certification schemes under the Global Food Safety Initiative, (GFSI), specifically the British Retail Consortium, (BRC). Includes training, auditing, coaching and monitoring site Quality Managers in preparation for and maintenance of the certification. Serves as the direct liaison between the M

Collaborates with the site quality managers to manage 3rd party certifications, (BRC, ISO, etc.) and ensures a process is in place to obtain and maintain certification status.
- Proficient in the Company’s Business System Quality Module.

Achieves Key Performance Indicator (KPI) objectives by helping develop the appropriate production/quality data collection process, collecting data (including nonconformance), and conducting the appropriate analysis to allow for the appropriate continuous improvement strategic plans to be enacted.
- Develops and maintains the QMS by identifying and documenting critical elements and verifying or updating quality methodologies.

Develops, maintains, and serves as the Subject Matter Exprt, (SME) for the controlled document management system, (Q-Pulse).

Supports the facility quality efforts and defines operational procedure s in alignment with the QMS.

Supports an effective quality management system by updating quality assurance Manual and procedures.

Assists in the review and standardization of control plans, closed loop corrective action systems and quality management systems.

Enforces quality assurance standards, policies, and industry/government requirements.

Collaborates with other members of the quality organization to share best practices and ensure standardization across business units.

Supports the facility quality efforts and defines operational procedures.

Monitors the performance of the Quality Management System through data analysis and adherence to standards.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing technology or Business Administration (related technical discipline may be considered). 2+ years of direct experience with requisites in lieu of degree.

Demonstrated problem solver with direct experience coaching, teaching, and applying Quality management systems and problem-solving techniques.

Skilled in quality tools such as PDCA, FMEA, control plans, etc required.

Six Sigma or CQE preferred (ASQ or equivalent)

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; achieving certifications, establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Ability to manage time and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and data driven.

Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
