Robert A. Tull Inc, a family owned plumbing company, is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team! We are looking for highly motivated candidates who thrive in a customer service oriented position. Our Administrative Assistant position is a Full Time position (Monday through Friday from 7am-4pm). Compensation starts at $20.00+ per hour, depending on experience and motivation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and scheduling service
- Applying for plumbing/gas fitting permits
- Scheduling inspections
- Typing proposals, letters, and other correspondence
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, especially in a fast paced environment
- Personable, friendly demeanor with a passion for outstanding customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a previous customer service/receptionist position is a plus
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn
