As a Field Technician, you will travel in a two-person mobile work team alongside one of our Lead Technicians and assist with the installation of networking, security, and home entertainment related products and implementation of custom solutions. As a team, you will be customer/client facing, most the time. You will engage the customer, build rapport, gauge their individual needs, and offer smart solutions to leave them with a positive overall experience. Our Lead Technicians have years of experience in numerous different trade skills, and they will teach you all you need to become a successful field service professional. Basic Qualifications
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
- Strategize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasionally holidays. Typical full time schedule is 4 days, 10 hour shifts
- Must have a current, valid driver's license
- Must be of age 21 or older
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver objects up to 75 pounds alone, or team lift up to 250 pounds with help from a team member
Preferred Qualifications
- Cabling or telecommunications experience
- Audio/Video experience
- Construction or skilled labor background & general knowledge
- Consumer electronics experience, professional or hobby
- 2 years of customer service experience
