Local McAllen Tax and Accounting Office in need of Administrative Assistant.
Responsible for:
-Answering phone calls and directing to appropriate parties or taking messages.
-General office duties
-Preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using Word, Excel, or other
-Scheduling Appointments.
- Compensation: $15/hr + commiserate with experience.
Qualifications
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong customer service and phone etiquette abilities
- Previous administrative experience and organizational skills
- Typing proficiency and computer literacy
- Experience with data entry and multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of office management and calendar coordination

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
