Our Practice: Dr. Matt Goldschmidt at The Cosmetic Surgery Center is passionate about cosmetic surgery and offers all of the most common and gratifying procedures including breast augmentation, liposuction, facelift, breast lift, eyelid surgery, facial fillers, and BOTOX® Cosmetic. He and his team of care providers are dedicated to helping patients achieve the best results possible.
Location: The Cosmetic Surgery Center is conveniently located off of I-77 and I-480 in Independence, Ohio. A short drive from downtown Cleveland, The Cosmetic Surgery Center is an in-office position.
Pay: $16-24 per hour, depending on experience and performance, plus benefits for full-time employees.
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) or possibly part-time (20-30 hours/week)

Qualifications
· Excellent phone and customer service skills
· A strong and dedicated passion for beauty, aesthetics, and cosmetic surgery. You are very familiar with these topics or are willing to learn more
· At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
· Outstanding interpersonal skills including verbal and nonverbal communication, problem-solving, conflict management, teamwork, empathy, listening, etiquette, and a positive attitude
· Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
· The ability to perform office administration tasks efficiently and effectively, including on the phone and computer

General Responsibilities
· Provide patients with a great experience from start to finish
· Act as the first point of contact with prospective and current patients
· Answering phones and helping direct patients to services that fit their needs
· Schedule appointments, surgeries, and other procedures
· Greet, register, and check-in patients
· Manage patient charts
· Collect payments
· Assist with additional office duties
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
