Summary of Position:
The primary responsibility of the Customer Care Coordinator is to facilitate the repair and or replacement of both warranty and billable items. Schedule installers, procure materials and coordinate with Builder’s Customer Care as needed. Contact Suppliers and Inspectors for material claims if necessary. Manage Customer Care requests in a timely manner and follow up to confirm completion. Obtain purchase orders from Builder Customer Care for billable work performed. Responsible for clear communication and building a trust-relationship with both Internal, Field, Installers, Suppliers and Builder/Customers.
The Customer Care Coordinator will receive service requests from the Builder Customer Care department and coordinate the repair schedule directly with the homeowner. The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible to manage the success of each repair and or replacement from initial contact, timing of material procurement to completion of labor and ultimately homeowner satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous Customer Care/Design Center experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated with good organizational skills
- Requires good communication
- Requires good time management skills
- Accept assignments that require additional training
- Build strong relationships, internal and external.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Photoshop
- Open to learning new software programs
- Critical thinker with good situational awareness, problem solver.
- Flexible to prioritize and adjust to varying scheduling timelines typical in the
Home building environment.

40 hours Monday thru Friday Overtime as needed - Minimal Primarily inside office admin work
