Job Summary:
Expanding local company is looking for a print media/advertising sales professional. We are a well-known publication and have been in the local market for 15 years. We currently have an opening for a full or part-time, self-paced, commission based, sales executive interested in uncapped, residual income. Our current sales executives have been with us for over 12 years. This position is designed for a full- time career or part- time, extra income opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new and existing local business prospects and build client relationships
- Conduct warm calling and/or visits to prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Identify advertising needs, present program options, terms, value and close deals with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale including managing updates/changes to their advertising/marketing campaign
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in outside sales, preferably in print media advertising but will train.
- Strong ability to present and communicate effectively and persuasively
- Proficiency in market analysis and identifying key trends
- Excellent presentation skills with a track record of successful sales outcomes
- Ability to work independently in a self-paced, commission based environment to set, meet or exceed personal goals.
