About the Job
Foxconn is seeking a WH Supervisor to join our Texas team. This Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency, safety, and productivity of the warehouse. His / Her ability to manage teams, optimize processes, and ensure the smooth flow of goods contributes significantly to the success of the organization's supply chain operations.

Job Responsibilities

Team Management:

Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and assigning tasks.

Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.

Foster a positive work environment and address any conflicts or issues within the team.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.

Coordinate with the inventory control team to track stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.

Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.

Order Fulfillment:

Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.

Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping and delivery processes.

Implement strategies to improve order accuracy and reduce errors.

Warehouse Organization:

Plan and optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and streamlined workflow.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Oversee the proper storage of products to prevent damage and deterioration.

Equipment and Facility Maintenance:

Coordinate maintenance and repairs of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, conveyor systems, and packing machinery.

Ensure the facility is well-maintained and adheres to health and safety regulations.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.

Generate regular reports on warehouse performance and present findings to management.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean methodologies, to streamline processes.

Training and Development:

Provide training to new warehouse employees and ensure existing staff members receive ongoing training as needed.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries and concerns related to orders, deliveries, and products.

Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Budget Management:

Assist in budget planning and manage operational expenses within approved limits.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in WH / SCM or a related field.

Previous experience in WH & Supervisory experience.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
