Pay: $75,000-$80,000 yearly

Position Overview:
This unique individual will oversee our fine dining operations over several units and will possess a passion for hospitality, exceptional EQ and natural leadership soft skills, and have a proven record of delivering outstanding dining experiences for their guests while growing the business from the inside. This opportunity offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills with experiences operations teams in a dynamic large scale hotel team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of a fine dining operation to include a large lobby & bar, all day cafe, and evening restaurant.
- Ensure that the highest standards of service and hospitality are modeled by the teams you directly lead, while consistently exceeding expectations for both our internal and external guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, minimize costs, and achieve financial targets within your areas of responsibility.
- Foster a strong team environment with those in your care, motivating and inspiring your teams to deliver excellence as a business while at the same time growing their skill sets.
- Maintain strong relationships with your hotel partners, guests, and employees while anticipating their needs and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments through meetings and best in class communication, such as culinary, housekeeping, valet, maintenance, and the hotel leadership teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve and innovate within your departments, while improving your own skill sets and leadership abilities.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience required; hotel preferred
- Strong service, food and beverage knowledge required
- Ability to lead with poise under pressure
- Detail oriented, organized and professional
- High volume, fast-paced, high profile restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
- Strong computer skills are a plus
- You must have the ability to work a flexible schedule
