**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the President of our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the President's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable in Quickbooks
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports
- Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritizing correspondence as needed
- Assist in preparing for meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing notes, and managing office supplies
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an executive assistant to C level executives
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Quickbooks
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Experience in managing Outlook Calendar and scheduling appointments efficiently
- Capability to handle calendar management effectively
