Position Summary
Our customer service/data entry team members are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients and customers via telephone and email; and processing claims by comparing them to client requirements. We ensure compliance with client program specifications to some of the largest companies in the US.
Responsibilities

Research and resolve client inquiries and communications to ensure clients receive timely, efficient and accurate service

Data entry and auditing advertising or Incentive claims
- Answer incoming calls and emails
Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word and Excel

Data Entry Experience preferred but not required

High School Diploma or equivalent certificate
