Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to join our team. As the Program Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day management of our clinical and administrative program, ensuring the seamless operation of our Joint Commission accredited day treatment program that serves adolescents dealing with mental health and addiction issues.
Responsibilities:
- Program Management:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the dual diagnosis day treatment program.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and guidelines.
- Work closely with the clinical, administrative, and operations teams to maintain a cohesive and efficient program.
- Administrative Oversight:
- Supervise and coordinate attendance tracking, billing processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage program expenses effectively to ensure financial sustainability.
- Implement and improve administrative procedures for optimal efficiency.
- Team Collaboration:
- Interface with clinical, administrative, and operations teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Evening Hours and Flexibility:
- Be available for some evening hours as required by the operational needs of the program.
- Demonstrate flexibility to address emerging issues and contribute to the success of the program.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
- Licensed candidate is a major plus
- Proven experience in program management within a healthcare setting, preferably in mental health and addiction treatment.
- Strong knowledge of Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
