Carolina Precision Technologies is a contract manufacturer of machined medical devices using state-of-the-art vertical mills, 5-axis machining centers, and CNC Swiss lathes. We are currently seeking a full-time employee in finishing and assembly at our facility in Warminster, PA (Philadelphia area). The ideal candidate will have experience in a production environment with good communication and an ability to learn quickly.
Responsibilities and Duties

Produce components by mechanically assembling small, precision machine parts using a variety of hand tools, power tools, drills and presses.

Read and follow blueprints and written work instructions.

Periodically check products per company policy to ensure quality and alerts supervisor to any problems.

Clean and maintain work area.

Operate laser marking equipment.

Complete documentation as required

Media blast and tumble parts to necessary finish

Manage workflow to meet production standards
Qualifications and Skills

High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred

3+ years in manufacturing facility

A strong mechanical aptitude

Good attention to detail

Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small.
