Who We Are:
- Aiello Home Services is a growing residential Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, Electrical and Drain Cleaning company looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant / Accounts Receivable Clerk to establish and maintain positive longevity-based relationships with our customers and work closely with the Bookkeeper to help ensure our accounting and financials are timely and accurate. Our growth plans require a person who is serious about their career and is willing to help us grow. It's a challenging opportunity for the right candidate. This position is available immediately and is located in Windsor Locks, CT.
In this position you will:
- Assist in ensuring timely and accurate billing of our customers.
- Assist in ensuring our bills are paid on time and without discrepancies.
- Accurately entering data into customers’ accounts.
- Service partner records maintenance.
- Retaining existing service partners and acquiring and onboarding new service partners.
- Several other Bookkeeping and Accounts Receivable tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Computer literate, ability to type at an efficient pace.
- Highly organized and process driven with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Thorough attention to detail with on time delivery.
- Customer Service orientated.
- Bookkeeping experience: 1+ years (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically MS Excel. Additional software experience is a plus.
- Trade experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Onsite Position
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
