Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Sales (DOS), the National Account Administrator (NAA) provides essential administrative support to National Account Managers (NAMs) to ensure the smooth operation of national account activities. The NAA plays a critical role in supporting the NAMs and ensuring the effective management of national accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires a service-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for compliance and contract management issues.
- Act as the primary liaison for program administration matters.
- Provide support for credit approval processes as needed.
- Address pricing inquiries and discrepancies promptly and effectively.
- Handle initial inquiries and resolution for store-related issues.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating monthly, quarterly, and annual account meetings.
- Offer administrative support for the establishment of new major/strategic direct accounts.
- Compile and maintain performance metrics, including customer share data, on a regular basis (likely weekly).

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a sales or account management environment.
- Familiarity with contract management, compliance procedures, and program administration is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
