The Outreach Manager is responsible for building community relationships and educating the community and its members about New Freedom’s services. The primary purpose of the Outreach Manager is to discover, identify, vet, and guide potential community-based members toward the enrollment process in the appropriate New Freedom’s program(s). The Outreach Manager manages relationships with outside agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to develop deep partnerships, attain additional membership, and to enhance the company’s reputation and standing throughout the community.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with other businesses, community members, and stakeholders to bring awareness to the Company and the services provided
- Coordinates outreach meetings, events, and activities, to bring awareness to the services provided by New Freedom, to increase interest in New Freedom’s services
- Builds and manages the database of community outreach partners/contacts, with the intent of providing quality, vetted, potential members for New Freedom’s program(s)
- Helps develop additional outreach efforts under the direction of the Communications/In-Reach Director
- Oversees facility tours with appropriate visitors, community partners, and other stakeholders
- Stays abreast of current industry news, events, laws, and regulations, by monitoring available resources and attending relevant events
- Provides all services and support in a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented manner, ideally from a “peer” perspective
- Complies with all New Freedom policies, procedures, and guidelines
- In addition, all other duties as assigned
