Contract Administrator
Overview:
We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team with 5-7 years of experience in contract management and legal support. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the company's contracts, ensuring compliance, and providing essential support to our businesses and executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, revise and negotiate a variety of contracts including governmental contracts, MOU's, NDA's, vendor agreements, service agreements, and other legal documents and contracts.
- Establish, maintain and manage a contracts database, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date, properly filed, and easily accessible.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with program directors, executive team and external partners to gather necessary information and ensure contract terms align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on contract policies and procedures.
- Development and implement contract policies and procedures.
- Conduct legal research and provide support on various legal matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and ensure contract terms align with Agency policies and objectives,
- Prepare reports on contract status, compliance, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide advice on and develop corporate governance policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in contract administration, paralegal, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Google Suites and contract management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
