We are looking to hire an Assistant Service Manager that can assist in our very reputable and professional service department. This is a excellent career opportunity to join our management team celebrating over 4 decades years serving this area in the same location!
Responsibilities include are but not limited to:
- Greeting customers
- Scheduling service work
- Advising customers on needed repairs
- Obtaining vehicle information and writing repair orders
- Dispatching work to the technicians
- Checking on the progress of repairs
- Explaining completed work and charges to customers -writing repair quotes
- Assisting the Service Manager with Daily Duties and covering as the manager as needed.
