Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic objectives.
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy services to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
- Collaborate with clients to set realistic goals and monitor progress towards achieving them.
- Offer support and guidance to clients in developing coping strategies and improving problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive and integrated services for clients.
- Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards governing the practice of therapy, including maintaining confidentiality and respecting clients' autonomy.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork among colleagues.
- Must have active Colorado License as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
