Architectural Sales Representative
You will be responsible for increasing sales revenue and building relationships with customers. You will be required to understand customer needs and present product solutions, as well as offer ongoing support and customer service. You will work with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth, and assist in the creation of promotional materials and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with builder, contractors, and distributors in the industry.

Negotiate terms of sales and provide excellent customer service.

Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients.

Develop strategic sales plans for the NYC metro area and 5 boroughs
Qualifications:

At least 5+ years of sales experience in the manufacturing or industrial industries.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

In-depth knowledge of the roofing, waterproofing, or restoration industries and products.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, technology, and social media.
Benefits
Competitive base salary ($80,000-$140,000)
