Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Mantra Technologies USA. As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and support business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administration, maintenance, and support of the Salesforce platform.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the needs of various business units, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics to support business decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and implement changes in Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and ensure the platform leverages the latest capabilities.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Classic, and other Salesforce products.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, using tools such as MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Familiarity with data migration and data cleansing best practices.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
