Program Supervisor- Mental Health Urgent Care
The Program Supervisor for Mental Health Urgent Care works as part of a leadership team to provide clinical and administrative oversight to adults with mental health and/or substance use challenges. This is a leadership position that works at a urgent care program that supports adults having a mental health crisis.
Responsibilities:
- Provides clinical and administrative supervision to staff in individual or group format; provides consultation, mentoring, support and guidance
- Provides direct client services including supportive counseling, intervention, crisis response and navigating system of care
- Maintains documentation; monitors, evaluates and audits documentation for quality and compliance standards
- Manages and delegates project tasks and workflows designed to achieve program goals and outcomes
- Provides training to staff; educates staff regarding regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Combination of related education and experience; bachelor's or master's degree preferred (no clinical license needed)
- 1-3 years experience with similar population/program; leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and use of a personal vehicle

- Full Time with the follow schedule:
- 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Exempt
- Salary starting at $52,598
