Job Title: Bookstore Associate- Substitute
Location: Mount Pleasant
Possible Hours: Monday-Thursday 10:00am-4:00pm, as needed
This position reports to: Bookstore and Cafe Manager
The mission: Seacoast Church goes all out in our mission to help others Find God, Grow their Faith, Discover their Purpose, and Make a Difference. The Seacoast Bookstore promotes community by providing high quality products with fast and friendly service, acting in many cases as the face of Seacoast and demonstrating Jesus call to serve others.
Key Responsibilities:
A Calling to Serve
Create a valued resource center acting with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote Seacoast mission, values, and culture
Demonstrate exceptional customer service by greeting guests in the bookstore, operating cash register and handling payments, fulfilling orders, and promoting efficient turnaround in a clean environment
Assist with maintenance of bookstore inventory as needed
Assist with training and supervision of the Bookstore Dream Team

Job Essentials:

Demonstrated experience in retail and merchandising
Capable of learning and adapting to new systems and software platforms as needed
Results oriented with ability to prioritize tasks with attention to detail
Flexible schedule with rotating weekday, weeknight, weekend, and some holiday shifts.
