Job Summary: This key role will be responsible for onsite management of projects acting as the bridge from our internal support team to our external client. This role requires both client-facing and internal communication across business units via phone, email and virtual video calls. Specific experience in construction project management is required along with traveling to jobsites 70% of the time. Grid is a fast, young and energetic culture that is seeking long-term team members to join our team. To be a rock star in this position, we desire:
- Understanding of commercial construction practices around interpreting construction documents, OSHA standards, and onsite communication.
- Ability to use technology such as cloud-based reporting software and Procore.
- Manage and support our installation crews
- Represent Grid in the field professionally with urgency
- Understanding of the importance of a team to get 800+ projects completed successfully
- Onsite pre-install meetings to review construction documents, addendums and requirements to confirm the scope matches the contract

Travel Requirements:
- Based out of Dallas, TX - Travel will be throughout the entire United States
- Duration of travel will be 2-4 days at a time
- 70% of the time will be traveling to jobsites
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and be able to travel via planes
