We are looking for a Line Cook, who is excited to continue building a business with us, someone to join the kitchen team, making delicious Latin-American food.
Ideal candidates have:

- Good communication skills
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Guarantee the quality and consistency of the food
- Great attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and orderly station
- Have professional references
- Must have OPEN availability, nights, weekends, days.
- Ability to stay calm and perform various tasks.
- Understand the rules and regulations of the New York City Department of Health.
