POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a skilled Plumber/Installation Technician with outstanding piping abilities, a positive attitude, and a drive for excellence in their craft. Lead and Apprentice positions available!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install hydronic systems in new and existing residential/light commercial projects as per system designs.
- Conduct thorough tests and inspections to ensure systems operate correctly and meet design standards.
- Safely operate hand and power tools to meticulously complete detailed work on system components.
- Ensure systems not only function properly but also maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and work areas.
- Keep work truck well-organized and stocked.
- Compile accurate lists for parts orders and remaining punch items.
- Capture photos of completed work and upload them to shared platforms.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the plumbing trade.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Capable of producing high-quality work with or without direct supervision.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- Valid Colorado driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background check requirements.
- Ownership of basic hand tools.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
