Duties:
The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for:
- Working in office, exclusively recruiting for our Private Duty Division, managing recruitment sites, screening applications for Caregivers, CNA's and LNA's, interviewing, and completing pre-employment processing.
- This position will not be recruiting upper level professionals.
- The Healthcare Recruiter will work with and respond to applicants with a high sense of urgency,
- Coordination with the HR Manager and Clinical Management teams to assess recruitment needs
- Participation as a member of the strategic recruitment team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in healthcare environment is a plus
- Minimum 12 months experience working as a recruiter
- Desire to succeed under pressure
- Works on own initiative
- Self Starter
- Must have own vehicle and proof of auto insurance
- Must be 21 years or older
