Dalton Wholesale Floors, Cabinets, & More (DWF) your “One Stop, One Source, The Solution” for builders, contractors, property management and homeowners. Our company spreads wide across the United States, consisting of five retail stores, fourteen warehouses, two countertop fabrication plants, and still growing.

Saturday rotation with day off during the week

Responsibilities
The residential flooring sales executive is a commissioned sales position where you will:
- Initiate contact with and follow up with prospective customers who contact us via our website or telephone.
- Greet prospective customers who enter the store.
- Answer questions from customers about products offered.
- Assist customers with choices (explain features/benefits, etc.)
- Keep up-to-date on the selection of products we have to offer along with the benefits and warranties
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Schedule follow up meetings with customer.
- Write proposals and sales orders utilizing RollMaster software.
- Help customers work through any issues with, and follow-up after the completion of, each job.
- Document leads and sales activities.
- Build and develop client relationships.
- Work regularly, and effectively, with other store employees
- Effectively execute sales process and strategies
- Follow up in a timely and professional manner with all customers on requests and/or concerns.
- Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays, and work area neat, current, and clean.
- Prospect for new business
- Other tasks on an as-needed basis
Hours, Benefits and Compensation
Dalton Wholesale Floors is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. Sales staff are required to be on a Saturday rotation.
We pay commission based on job profit. Our average residential flooring sale executive makes $65,000 a year in commissions, and our highest earning sales executive will earn $100,000+ this year. Sales executives also have opportunities to earn additional income with spiffs and promotions. Other benefits include:

Requirements
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- One year of Customer Facing Sales Experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
