Responsibilities:
· Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach. Develop strategies to attract new clients and build relationships with key decision-makers.
· Sales and Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to generate leads. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand clients' staffing needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
· Proposal and Presentation: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients. Prepare and present detailed staffing plans and strategies.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
· Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategies. Provide feedback to the company on market conditions and service offerings.

Education or Prior Work Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree: In business administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Alternatively, relevant staffing/recruitment industry experience (2-4 years) can be substituted for formal education.
