The DRIPBaR provides Vitamin Therapy and Wellness Services
Our premise is simple, and powerful – a focus on preventative health, also known as Medicine 3.0, begins at the cellular level. At The DRIPBaR, we infuse beneficial vitamins, minerals, and key nutrients directly into the bloodstream via an IV drip.
Our services enable clients to relax, rehydrate, replenish essential nutrients, restore electrolytes, boost immune system, improve athletic performance, and live a more energetic life while helping them to be more resilient to disease.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Educate and schedule clients
· Answer questions and provide information to clients on compound ingredients, dosage, storage medication(s), use of medication(s), pertinent interaction(s) and other information relating to the compounded medication(s)
· Prepare IV & IM vitamins for administration using appropriate techniques
· Insert, monitor, and remove IVs ensuring needles and tubing stay in place during treatment, and procedure is delivered as comfortably as possible.
· Oversee the client during the infusion process
· Clean and maintain equipment and work areas according to SOPs
· Clean and maintain lab & sterile hood
· Assist in maintaining inventory of the IV area, including, but not limited to: labels, medication, compounding ingredients, vials, etc.
· Maintain proper storage of vitamins, ingredients and finished compounds
· Order and maintain adequate IV supplies
· Various Office and Customer Service duties to include but not limited to scheduling appointments, verifying the correct forms are filled out and complete, reviewing health history forms, and providing excellent customer service
· Triage's patient phone calls as needed and document relevant information in the client’s chart
· Follow Daily, Weekly, Monthly Requirements for Lab and staff
Qualifications
· Active NP / RN License in the state of Massachusetts
· Availability to commit to as few as 1 or as many as 5 consistent days per week
· Positive attitude and easy-going demeanor
· Passion for Health & Wellness
· Exceptional communication skills
· Desire to get to know patients and understand their goals
· Strong venous access skills; able to access peripheral veins easily without backup.
· Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
· Working knowledge of all the services offered, their purpose, and side effects
· Outstanding organization skills
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Desired Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years infusion experience, having performed 15,000 or more IV sticks
· Previous experience administering IV infusion therapy in a MedSpa environment
· Current BLS CPR certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
