We are looking for a highly qualified Resident in Counseling or LPC to assist in providing clinical interventions and conducting assessments. Our Clinical Staff provide services to clients in our school-based mental health service programs through outpatient counseling and group counseling sessions.
Responsibilities
- Create and facilitate group, individual, and family interventions across all programs and sites within Harvest Outreach Center
- Facilitate and model group and individual interventions throughout Harvest
- Provide feedback and guidance to staff in relation to therapeutic value of ISP strategies and interventions and collaborate with staff concerning ISP creation
- Perform intakes and annual face to face assessments
- Develop and implement Individual Service Plans
- Write pre-authorizations and extended stay authorizations and submit these documents on or before the due date.
- Provide individual intervention with clients as needed
- Have an outpatient caseload of clients
- Conduct meetings and provide interventions to clients and guardians to ensure continuation of services across all programs
- Support quality assurance programing
