Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility. You will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards, and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including training and scheduling.
- Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness meets established standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to address specific cleaning needs.
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to housekeeping staff.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Training staff to follow OSHA standards for handling infectious waste.
- Adhering to cleanliness, hygiene, and health best practices.
- Ensuring staff are performing job duties in accordance with residents' plan of care.
- Professional conduct in compliance with facility policies.
- Positive interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing excellent customer service to support resident care.
- Participation in identifying staff educational needs.
- Other related duties as assigned or requested by your supervisor.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
