LSG Sky Chefs MSP is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking individual to join our team as an HR Administrative/Recruiting Assistant. This position is crucial in supporting our Human Resources department in recruiting efforts for union positions, facilitating the onboarding process, managing uniform distribution, and assisting with various HR-related projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.
Responsibilities:
The main duty is to support the HR Manager, Head Recruiter/HRG & Coordinator with daily administrative tasks as assigned, including but not limited to the following:
- Conduct Phone Screen of Union Applicants & Schedule/Coordinate F2F Interviews with Candidate and Hiring Manager
- Assist with Job Fairs (Internal & External)
- Assist with Onboarding Processes (conducting drug screening, background checks, I9s, airport badging, applicant data entry)
- Assist with Uniform Compliance (Sizing, Ordering, Returns, etc.) Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures (Scanning, Saving, Transfer of Files)

Assist in implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Success Factors, ADP, and HireRight, to manage employee data
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws/regulations
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as Success Factors, ADP, HireRight
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a Diverse and Multi-Cultural Environment (Preferred Bilingual)
