Job Summary:
HILGARTWILSON, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking a Construction Coordinator to become a part of our growing company. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be highly organized, be a good problem solver, be efficient, pay good attention to detail, and be a team player. HILGARTWILSON has extensive experience providing services on many of the Valley’s largest and most prestigious master-planned communities, retail, office, educational, healthcare, mixed use developments and public works projects.
Responsibilities:
- Job cost tracking.
- Maintaining detailed budgets in Microsoft Excel.
- Preparation of complex project bills.
- Monitor lien waivers and insurance certificates for projects.
- File and track a variety of tasks in multiple projects, such as contractor requests for information, material submittals and field directives.
- Prepare and track project closeout submittals to various municipalities/agencies.
- Prepare documentation for new projects.
- Due diligence and research.
- Create and update project schedules and flow charts.
- Maintaining project filing system.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, accounting or coordination-related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organization skills, efficiency, dependability, teamwork, customer service skills, “can do” attitude.
- Strong Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets.
- Proficient in all other MS Office products and Adobe Suite.
- Typing proficiency of 50+ wpm.
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
