POSITION OVERVIEW / RESPONSIBILITIES
High-end design firm in Beverly Hills is seeking an Office/Gallery Assistant to begin as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate is a graduate looking to get hands-on experience working with high-end residential interiors and furniture. Duties include but are not limited to:
-Running various errands around the Los Angeles / West Hollywood / Beverly Hills area (and occasionally beyond)
-Assist in preparing client design presentations
-Communication with vendors for acquiring pricing, samples, information on products
-General administrative / office duties
-Filing and maintaining fabric and materials library
-Scanning documents
-Assist with site visits for measurements and installations
-Ideally, candidate will have proficiency in 3D modeling and can help with light CAD work, but not a requirement.
-Studio Designer experience is ideal but not required
QUALIFICATIONS
-Proficient multi-tasker, strong work ethic and able to work in fast paced environment
-Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, flexible
-Strong written and verbal communication skills; positive team attitude
-Professional appearance / demeanor required
-Open-minded and willing to learn
-Must have your own reliable transportation, driver's license, and laptop computer
-Proficient in MAC programs and proficient in Adobe Suite programs
POSITION DETAILS
Hours: Must be available at least 3 days per week 10am - 6pm
Start date: Immediately
Experience: 0-2yrs
$20-$25 hr
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
