Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated General Assistant to join our team. As a General Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting clients in a professional manner.
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing calendars, and transcribing information accurately.
- Support event planning activities by coordinating logistics and ensuring all arrangements are in place.
- Manage administrative tasks including organizing files, processing invoices, and maintaining records efficiently.
- Assist with receptionist duties when needed, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls promptly.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a AP functions or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks, customer service, and administrative responsibilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with software such as QuickBooks for managing financial transactions is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in calendar management and event planning is beneficial.
