What You'll Do: Under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the HR Generalist oversees the human resources responsibilities and activities of an organization. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and training and development. The HR Generalist aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated departments, formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that reflect the organization's business objectives. Requirements to Apply:
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
- At least two years experience of experience in human resources
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws.

Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Relias (Learning Management System), and Paycom (HRMIS).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Valid Class C California driver's license (with a driving record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier).

Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
- An understanding of or experience in private non-profit and governmental organizations is desired.
